Level 2 and 3 Sports Apprenticeship training in Northern Ireland.
Dering works with A4e to deliver Level 2 and Level 3 Sports Apprenticeship training, for 16+ year olds who are working or about to start work in the Sports and Leisure sector.
We deliver a range of sports NVQs, technical certificates, Key Skills qualifications and will cover the cost of your training!
Our Assessors provide all the advice and guidance necessary to enable a portfolio of evidence to be built up to demonstrate competence and achievement of qualifications. The Assessor targets elements and units from the NVQ and Key Skill units to provide a detailed assessment plan which will give you all the details of the type and quantity of evidence needed to be produced to demonstrate competence.
A variety of assessment methods are selected to demonstrate competence including; work product evidence, personal statements, and/or witness testimonies, along with questions posed by our Assessor. Our Assessor will visit you at work every two to three weeks to provide continuous support during the programme.
