Deaf Employment Services

We are the UK’s only deaf-owned and run employment service delivering information, advice and guidance on employment.

We provide one to one advice and guidance on employment for deaf people in the UK that includes:

  • Assessing customer employment needs including in-work benefit calculations
  • Developing a personal action plan to return to work
  • Confidence building, CV writing, mock interviews and other training
  • Support with CV and application forms
  • Support with applying for Access to Work
  • Post employment support
