Dering Employment Services provides training and employment opportunities for deaf , hard of hearing and deafblind people across the UK, matching people with the right skills and experience to the requirements of employers.
We do this through a range of local and national government funded employment Programs, and pre- and post-employment activities, in partnership with a wide range of organisations.
We are unique in being deaf-owned and deaf-run, supporting hundreds of deaf people to look for work every year.
We are dedicated to helping unemployed people to return to work by providing training and employment opportunities. Our range of services delivered solely by us or in partnership with others, really do change people’s lives for the better. We focus on those groups who are not accessible to mainstream organisations.
There is no such thing as hard to reach groups, in reality they are simply out of reach to mainstream institutions.
