Dering is dedicated to enabling unemployed people to return to work by providing training and employment opportunities.
We do this through a range of local and national government funded employment programs, and pre- and post-employment activities, in partnership with a wide range of organizations.

Deaf Active
Deaf Active is a sports project aiming to get deaf people fit and interested in sport. The main focus is on the unemployed as we believe participation in sports helps people gain confidence and associated skills for employment.
